Refund Policy

We want to ensure first and foremost, that all of our customers are happy with the services that we provide.  Refunds will be made, in full, if cancellation is requested prior to 1 hour before requested pickup time.

A credit will be granted should you experience an unreasonable delay or poor quality in the service agreed upon at the time of ordering, if these issues are due to negligence by Your Door Delivery.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days via writing to questions@yourdoordelivery.com.

If you cancel at the time of, or after the services have been made the customer will be charged in full.

If you want us to return back to you any item originally requested to be delivered due to change of mind, excess weight or any other reason you are liable for collection and delivery charges.

Delivery times are estimated and are provided under normal conditions.  Remote areas may take longer.  Estimations are based on average transit times.  Delays due to unusual traffic, weather etc can occur, so we advise that you plan for this possibility.
